| We are not giving up. Marriage Equality Minnesota's marriage equality bill, the Marriage and Family Protection Act (HF 1710 / SF 1427), was reintroduced in the 2011 session and is still in play right now in the 2012 session. In addition, bills to repeal the anti-gay marriage ballot measure have been introduced in both the House and Senate this 2012 session and are in play until the end of the session.
